Stephanie Garcia since Friday May 8th. Around 2 in the afternoon. All 4 of my dogs were out of the fence, and while I was wrangling the 3 big ones, I saw a car stop in the middle of the road, around the corner. I am pretty sure they picked her up because I couldn't find her, and at 16 years old, she would not have gone far. We have signs up all around the neighborhood, and I passed out flyers ro every neighbor.
