Please make sure the person claiming the dog has proof of ownership....photos or veterinarian records etc. Put some found dog signs in the area. Any veterinarian office can scan for a microchip for free and no appointment needed. Put a post on the neighborhood Nextdoor maybe someone will recognize it and know who the owner is. Please don't take to the overcrowded shelter. Hope the owner is found soon 🙏
