I think it is my dog. He was taken from my car on April 3 at Safeway. I have been looking for him ever since. I am waiting for the finder to call me back so I can see if it is my dog. So don't be making accusatiions when you dont know the story. I would never do this to any animal, I would rather be around animals than humans. I just hope that it is my dog. I have not stopped looking for him since he was taken.

This dog should not go back to owners. Apparently he needs nutrition and love.

That dog needs help. Get to talk to humane society. Where he can have the food that he truly needs

Luann Wilson Long And that's why I put what I did. Questions need to be asked. One can't assume that the dog's family didn't allow this. It would be horrible if this dog was returned to the ones who neglected her.

Luann Wilson Long The dog's family needs to be questioned. Dog don't lose weight that rapidly. It needs to be ascertained as to whether or not this dog was neglected by the family. A lot fo questions need to be asked before the dog is returned to the same family. But right now, the dog needs help with emaciation.

Luann Wilson Long Given the shape this dog is in, he/she shouldn't be returned until legitimate answers to questions of the dog's weight are answered. Dogs don't lose weight that rapidly. This dog shows signs of neglect.

He/she shouldn't be brought back to the family it left. The dog needs help immediately with loss of weight. Maybe the Oregon Human Society will take the dog on. Do not return to family. Neglect is apparent.
