Found an orange female cat. She is very friendly and microchipped, but the microchip is not registered. I contacted the Rancho shelter, and they were able to contact the owners on file, but the owners have not reached out to me. She is already spayed, so I’m wondering if she may have been abandoned.If you are her owner please contact me.
