Cats tend to hide nearby, not run. Double check everywhere over and over inside and out. Recently a lost cat was found in house after 4 days... behind the dishwasher. Another on top of a cabinet.(it had three legs and they didnt think it could jump that high) Video on bringing home lost cats https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=g2eCoC63B9I or https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=2045642912167821&id=374756619256467 Put the cats litter box outside by the front door, put anything with smells (blankets, beds, your clothes)that they will recognize outside, it will draw them back to the house. Look at night with a flashlight, if they are scared and hiding, they may not respond but the flashlight will illuminate their eyes and you can spot them from a distance. Look in and under any thing that they could hide, they can get under and in some very small spaces. check in every cabinet in the house. Check your garage and neighbors garage if you are able or have one
