FOUND KITTEN Because it is young, it probably lives nearby, unless it was dumped. Young cats can get disoriented, like a toddler, and not know how to get home. It might have just moved there with its owner who let it out before it could establish its internal gps to find its way home. If not chipped, knock on neighbors' doors. Post laminated, readable FOUND fliers in your area for those not on social media. Post in an area of about a 500 foot radius around your house. Ask local animal control if anyone has filed a lost report. Contain kitten for its safety while searching for its owner.
