Just found this cat while hiking and it's very dehydrated and doesn't seem well at all. I don't think it was hit by a car Since it's far off the road and no obvious injuries. When I tried to give it water, our dog was not cooperating and couldn't get close. I didn't want to stress the poor thing out anymore. Trying to post on local Facebook groups, but my posts are pending. I have g p s coordinates.
