Sorry, but I am suspicious of this woman. Kinda coincidental when you say you are coming to get him, he conveniently "popped" off the leash and she refuses to catch him? Not sounding right to me. Call the apt office and see if you can get any info, did she sell him, etc?

Debbie Grey I did make contact with Orange County animal control and filed a report. Praying they can make contact with her and get Chip safely. She has refused to respond to me.

Ashley Rosales call the leasing office. Call the number I gave you and tell them he is roaming and you need an officer to go out there. They may not be able to get out there immediately, but it will at least put him on the officer's radar

She was already wanting to return him- and we were meeting today and she refused to catch him and said "he can fend for himself" I'm terrified for him.
