Call San Diego Humane Society 619-299-7012, option 1 for dispatch to let them know you found a stray dog. If unable to keep safely secured, ask them to come out and pick up. Post on Nextdoor.com using your zipcode, the Ring or Neighbor app, Pawboost.com, it’s free! Be sure to check for possible Lost notices on the sites too. Check lostmydoggie.com and lost.petcolove.org for possible lost notifications. Call Babs Fry, 619-249-2221. she’s a pet recovery specialist and she may have somejone nearby that could scan for a microchip. You can take to any shelter, vet or Petco to have them scan for a microchip. Please don’t give to anyone unless they show you proof it’s theirs. Photos work. Thank you for keeping safe. Hopefully you’ll find the owner and get them reunited.
