Sarabi??? Has anyone actually been looking for this Bengal cat and trying to get it back home? This gorgeous Bengal has been showing up around my neighborhood for a solid five weeks now. I first posted about seeing it before the “Sarabi - Lost June 1” post started circulating. Since then, I’ve seen multiple neighbors posting sightings of what appears to be the same Bengal around this area. Considering how uncommon Bengals are (and what they cost), I’d be surprised if there were multiple loose Bengals roaming around the same neighborhood. The cat appears to be feral. Both times I’ve seen it, it’s taken off the second it noticed me - even from quite a distance away - so I haven’t been able to get anywhere near it. It also seems to be actively hunting (photo attached). I know several neighbors have been putting food out, but it also makes me wonder if this cat was allowed outdoors regularly before it stopped coming home. At this point, I think it’s time for animal control to get involved. The cat clearly seems to be surviving and doing just fine on its own, but a stray or feral cat roaming the neighborhood indefinitely really isn’t ideal. There are obvious risks to the cat itself - traffic, wildlife, disease, or even neighbors putting out rat poison - but there are also risks and nuisances for everyone else. I have dogs, and I’d be pretty upset if this cat wandered into my yard, injured one of them, or left feces behind that exposed them to parasites. If this cat truly has owners, I hope it can be reunited with them. If not, I’d rather see it safely taken in than continue roaming the neighborhood.

Sarah Javoroski that's a beautiful kitty! And they're expensive $$. I have a cat that loves outside so I trained them on harness & leash so I take them out couple times a day to get it out of their system 😂 maybe try that or get another one for their friend that keeps them less inclined to escape ❤️❤️

They need to have pictures that are greater than a month old.

Animal Control should catch the cat and have Brittany and Sarah show proof of ownership. It’s a crime that this cat is out loose again.

Oh my gosh, seems unusual for a cat like that to me feral. Someone was looking for one recently and there was some disagreement about ownership of one that WAS found.
