Has Edward been neutered? If not, he’s probably out browsing the neighborhood and it can take him a week or so to come back… Don’t be disheartened if you can leave a door cracked so he can come back in when he arrives. he sure looks like a sweetheart. Never give up! As they say, boys will be boys, unfortunately. Good luck in your search. I will keep my eyes open. Let us know when he comes home… 🦋

Dani Ross have you checked Animal Control? They only hold them a short time? You need to check in person only asap! Are some worn clothing and bedding out where he got out? Post signs close by if you haven’t!!! Prayers for you to find your baby!!Please ask neighbors to check their sheds and garages to be sure he’s not shut up in one!!!

If you haven’t already, please file a missing cap report with the Virginia Beach animal shelter. If the cat is chipped, make sure the registry has your current contact information. Print flyers with your cats picture and your contact information and take around to neighbors. Ask them if they have been in their shed outbuilding or garage since your cat went missing. Cats go in those places to hide. Go out of your yard after 10:00 PM and walk around with a bag of kitty treats and a flashlight. Call your cat’s name and look in the bushes to see if you see him hiding.
