Message from Owner

Hey neighbors. My cat is an indoor/outdoor cat and normally comes every night. I haven’t seen her in 4 days, which is very unlikely of her. She always shows some sign that she’s when I get back from work, and I haven’t seen that either. I’m really worried about her. If anyone has seen her or has any information, please reach out. Her name is Neveah. She is very loved and missed!

Carol McCollum luckily I live the opposite direction where there are only opossums, skunks, and racoons here (by G Street). I'm sorry to hear about that incident that happened with that poor kitty. I wish there were a reserve for Coyotes so that they wouldn't be a threat to people and other animals.

o. I came across the flyer on E Street and Broadway. I saw a kitty matching the description not too long ago. She was by an AutoZone place on Broadway in CV. I didn't know it was the same Tortie until after I saw the flyer. I saw some cat food left out on the sidewalk by that location. So someone is definitely feeding her and another cat around the area there. If I see her again, I'll contact you right away.

Sadly, there are hungry coyotes roaming all over Chula Vista, looking for an easy meal. A few wks ago a neighbor's cat was rescued from 2 coyotes who were playing 'tug-a-war' with it. Miracle. The area was close to Monterey & Naples.

Hopefully some of these tips will help bring your little fur baby home safe 🙏🤞 Start looking immediately!!! Leave your garage door open (if you have one) just enough that only she/he can fit through. Try to leave open the door or window she/he got out of if you can. If not check often around your residence. Look under sheds and decks if you have them and get neighbors to do the same. Ask neighbors to also check in their backyard and their garages and check cameras if they have them. Go out at night and in the daytime and shake dry food in a container and call her/his name. If you have a camera that you can put out, do that maybe in the front or backyard. Also look in bushes at night with a flashlight. Try putting some of your dirty laundry by the front door? Try KFC or rotisserie chicken with no bones. If you have neighbors that have cameras, maybe ask them to check them to see if she/he has been spotted. Put up flyers as everyone is not on social media I hope she/he is found safe soon. 🤞🙏
