Could he possibly be west of Randall Road in the Almora Heights subdivision? I have seen a large cat come and eat the dry food that I put out for a couple cats. I have a makeshift shelter with an overturned plastic barrel with a crate in it with some blankets. I don’t have any straw, but I’ve seen this cat for sure in the early evening hours. And I have another one that comes that’s smaller and dark and long hair.

They usually stay very close to home especially in the first few days. They hide very well during the day but come out at night in search for food. Leave their food and water by your door. Also put their dirty litterbox outside. Go out and shake their dry food bag or treat bag ( a sound they may be familiar with). Open can of wet food outsode as they may be familiar with that sound. Also use a fishy smelling canned sardines in water to help lure your kitty back to eat. They come out well after dark. Watch for them as mine came back At 2 am and if I weren’t sitting watching I would have missed her

Look at night with a flashlight while calling his name. Look especially under bushes and in neighbors yards garages and sheds. Look up in trees, Leave something outside with his scent on it like his bedding. Leave something outside with your scent on it like an unwashed piece of clothing. Leave out smelly cat food. Hang signs with his photo. Call and visit local shelters and veterinary offices. Good luck!🍀
