Message from Finder
I found this cat living in a water drain at the Tre Collina apmt complex in Phoenix, AZ, for about 6 months. After gaining his trust through feeding and spending time with him, I was able to get him into a carrier and take him to the vet. The vet scanned him and found a microchip identifying him as Smiley, owned by someone named Alexis. Due to privacy rules, that's all the clinic could share with me. I left my contact information with them to pass along to Alexis, but I haven't heard from her yet. Smiley has an eye infection, but the vet couldn't treat or even fully examine it without the owner present to give consent. He's staying with me in the meantime while I try to reach his owner.
