Dark grey short hair female tabby cat. She has a brown spot on her back at the base of her tail that's a different color(light brown). She had a light blue glittery collar on when I found her. She is the worst starvation case I've ever seen personally so I assume she has been missing or dumped awhile ago. Is she your cat?!
