Owner heard about a traffic buildup at 8:20am because of a dog standing in middle of road Of Lynhurst Road and MInnesota Street. The dog could have been Mia. Does anyone know if anyone picked up this dog during the traffic holdup?? Any school children or shool bus driver see this and know?
