Poor baby ran out in front of me on 19th street behind McDonalds. He didn’t look skinny. So I assumed he might be someone’s pet..I moved him out of the street and onto the grass, near a fire hydrant. I’m sorry for your loss..

Please check for microchip any vet should be able to help you also ask for proof of ownership. Please make sure that they do a full body scan sometimes chips move. Thank you for caring
