I live off of Spruce NE and Hazel NE in Salem. I keep seeing this big tabby but I'm not sure if this is your kitty because I don't remember seeing this little slot on this cat's ear. It does look similar so Im going to comment it here. I saw it again yesterday so when I see it again I will try to get better pictures of it.
