You might reach out to Lone Star Bulldog Club Rescue. They may be able to do a courtesy post. Their audience is tuned in to the English Bulldog community. He looks exactly like a female we recently adopted from them and I know she came into that rescue with her brother.

I’m the finder of this pup! He’s an English bulldog and I found him in 76010. I took him to VEG ER today to have him scanned and filled out a found stray report. He’s safe and sound with me for the time being

Lisa A. Abercia hi I’m the finder of this pup. We took him to get scanned and no microchip anywhere :( and yes I’m being very cautious with whoever tries to claim him. I had made a post originally on Nextdoor but edited it to remove the pictures as I want them to describe the pup before I hand him over. I do want him safe and sound with his rightful owners but for now he’s with me nice and cool and fed

Contact local vets, 24 hour vet hospitals, to check for microchip.. IT'S FREE! Please make sure the ENTIRE body of the animal is scanned. Microchips can float! Contact neighborhood constable /Police / and vets to see if they know the pet or owner. If someone contacts you, have THEM tell YOU detail information to make sure pet goes to the right owner! If the pup is not chipped and owner is found..have the owner meet you at a vet location to have the pet chipped(and fixed if not already done) and then returned to them at their expense..Most counties/cities is now in place..ALL pets must be chipped and registered! PLEASE be aware dogs stolen daily and used for dog fighting bait!😡 please keep this angel safe. CHECK NEIGHBORHOOD OR HOME CAMERAS IF THERE ARE ANY FOR POSSIBLE ACTIVITY! Thank you for keeping the pup safe!!🐶🐕‍🦺🙏
