HUH??? I’m sorry to bother but would you mind sending me a link to that post? It appears to be him. Animal services said they contacted the owner ‘n he was going to pick him up— I’m irritated if they still have him, I hope he didn’t no-show. We’re gonna call that shelter + see if they still have him, hopefully that’s posted mistakenly… I think my mom knows which it is, but would you mind letting me know just in case? I genuinely hope the owner didn’t just spout bs + never intended on claiming the dog. We have his name, if he’s abandoned the animal then we’ll blast him to fitfam and see if anybody would step up and take the baby in. That, and report to the police for animal abandonment. If he’s still there, then I believe that’s a solidified sign of abandonment. We sadly couldn’t hold onto the little gentleman because we have a large breed who’s unpredictable with other male dogs— we practice precautions at home while we work on him (we have another boy)— and we didn’t want anyone stressed or at risk. 😞

Update! Animal services were called to scan his chip and check for him in the system. They found him and his owner is going to go pick him up, they reached him! I'd like to see if they'll notify us of when he's been picked up and taken home. I want to be informed, myself 😭❤

Chipped???? Any vet or any fire department can check for chip. If not chipped and you can't find owner and you can't foster doggy call the Animal Rescue League of El Paso and ask if they can help. This baby won't do well at Animal Services so please don't take doggy there.
