I found this dog in my backyard. He is currently in my backyard. I contacted Maple Heights police and they will come get him before the night is out if he isn't returned to his owner. I'm sure he is missing his family! Such a sweet dog!

you may want to call your local veterinarian offices and share this photo with them, as well as groomers in your city as they may know who whose dog this is. I've had luck with doing that in the past. Yes it takes time but it's just phone calls people and sharing a photo. Sometimes dogs will escape even elderly owners and they're not on social media so phone calls to all your veterinarians and groomers in your area is very helpful as as well as please post on nextdoor.com.
