Someone said they spotted him near Rolling Hills Circle close to Walmart in Easley but I can’t be 100% sure that’s him that’s about a mile from . We search the area but couldn’t find him and that person hasn’t seen him since.

Oscar has a short bobbed tail and is black with white paws, chest and whiskers. He is neutered and friendly but skittish. It’s been almost a year now but we keep hoping he will be found
