I will never understand how in the can someone lose a blind Dog. I adopted a blind dog from the shelter. Because the Moran owner was blind her self what a joke?

If you haven’t already, please also post on Nextdoor for your neighborhood & notify Salinas PD (nonemergency number) in case someone takes your dog there, as well as Hitchcock Animal Shelter…check there daily as necessary! Keep calmly calling your dog & looking for it, using a flashlight to help see its eyes…Check places where you may have taken your dog to before such as a nearby dog park, etc.! Shake a food/snacks bag often! Put some of your clothing/blanket with your scent on it outside for your dog to smell, hopefully enticing it to head home! Leave a door open enough for your dog to potentially let itself back inside! 🤞🏼
