My wife is on the side road near the new Bojangles off Sun Lake Blvd in Lutz, FL off 54 and she came across this sweet dog that is roaming around. There is a collar but not name or indicator on it.. e.g. no tag. The dog is soaking wet so not sure it it is wet from a pond or lost for awhile.

Holli Green Shambaugh Miley there were so many cars. I couldn’t just leave her. I hoped she had a tag but did not. She was so excited to see me but scared. Crawled to me after she ate the Bojangles bag. I think she was dumped. I pray someone wonderful gets her.
