Please help. Three years ago on January 5th 2023(I was 23 years old) I woke up to find that my stepdad Scott Boppe Sr. Had taken my dog without my knowledge and told me he dropped him off at a random animal shelter “out of town”(I lived in clearspring md at the time and he worked all through Harrisburg and the pa area and md). I’ve called shelters with no luck. I am not attempting to take him away from someone if he found a I just would be able to move on mentally and know that he’s safe. Please any knowledge you may have on his whereabouts would make me be able to mentally move on.
