This is my client's dog. She was working on her car in the Raley's parking lot on Folsom Blvd when she was car jacked. The people who stole her car didn't realize that her service dog was inside. They tied him to a pole next to the Shell gas station on Power Inn Rd and Folsom Blvd and left him there. Some lady untied him and he took off. We have been looking for him ever since. If chipped make sure owner contact info is current with chip company. File online lost reports with shelters. Post on Nextdoor and post flyers. Check Craigslist lost and found and pets for sale ads. Keep checking shelters online and in person.

Pamela Norris I drove over to the shell station yesterday after work in hopes of finding Coconut. I only saw one unhoused person and he didnt have a dog. I did talk to two police officers that were sitting in the parking lot of home depot and told them what happened as well as leave them my business card so hopefully something comes of it.

You might want to check Folsom Boulevard. There is a lot of unhoused people in that area. It is a possibility that they have your dog.
