While I was at work yesterday morning about 7:30 my brother texted and called me saying he saw JASPER and that he had a collar with a jingle bell on, he couldn't catch him but he was trying to get in the door!! Someone that lives near by has had of had him inside their house all this time. I live in Willow Way Apartments on Warren Rd next to the airport. Someone close by and I've knocked on practically every door!
