Please help this baby get back home. He doesn't belong outside. He was so scared and rail thin when he came to my hse. I feed some ferals and this one is not. He needs his mommy or daddy!!

To clarify by living in luxury I mean he has a soft bed that he seems to love and is protected from the elements and predators.
