Fluffy resembles a TOY Aussie.FOUND 7/8/26 around 7pm however the neighborhood kids stated the dog had been outside with them roaming freely since 9AM. THIS IS 77075 AREA. I didn't even get to set my groceries down and immediately scanned for a chip...none present and also walked neighborhood over an hour trying to find owners.
