Black w patchy hair, very very shy. Tiny speck of white hair at neck/chest

Hudson Bay Area. Missing black cat name is Victor. May be very shy and timid but has a very sweet meow. Somewhat of a talker. Hes a grown adult with big eyes. Will try and post more photos. He is chipped and hope if someone finds him they check him. He has a skin issue so his hair is spotty and when he’s stressed he cleans himself almost bald in patch areas.
