Small brown dog looks like maybe a chihuahua pug mix HAS BEEN SCANNED NO CHIP

This dog has to have an owner. He smelled clean and is very well behaved. Took him to vet had him scanned for a chip and does not have one. Found him running down the middle of the street in the dark around 10pm June 3rd in fineview, northside in the area of the old channel 11 building. None of my neighbors that I saw out know who this dog belongs to. I have never seen him in the neighborhood

Go knocking door to door asking neighbors within a 2-3 block radius from where this doggie was found

Check shelters/posts/vets daily for any missing dogs reported
