Message from Owner

Our girl has been missing for a few days and we are extremely worried about her. She was wearing a grey mesh cone when she disappeared and needs for a skin issue. She may be scared, hiding, or unable to easily get herself home because of the cone. She is very loved and deeply missed. đź’” If you live anywhere around Shadowlawn Dr, please take a few minutes to check your yard, porch, garage, shed, crawl space, or cameras. Even the smallest sighting could help us bring her home. Please share. We just want our girl back safe.

It is VERY important to take flyers door-to-door all through and around your neighborhood. Include vets offices, easily seen public places like utility poles, and any businesses that will let you put one up. Mention if she is chipped. OFFER A REWARD! Many people are not on social media and will not see the online posts. They NEED a flyer so they know to watch for her and call if seen. Put some of your unwashed laundry and your bedsheet outside along with her bedding. She might be able to catch the scents and find her way back. Do an online search "best ways to find a lost cat" for expert tips. Follow the suggestions to increase your chances of finding her! Check Animal Control and the Humane Society in person, to see if someone brought here in. Praying.

Go in person to all the local animal shelters to search for your cat. The nice people answering their phones may not know about all the cats dropped off or brought in by animal control. Call all local veterinary offices to check if anyone has brought your cat in to be scanned for a microchip or treated for an injury. Check up in trees on on your roof. Never put food nor a cats litter box outside. Both will attract wild animals that may harm (or worse) your cat. Post photos all around your neighborhood, inside grocery and pet supply stores. Please don't give up on searching for your cat. I'm sure it would much rather be safe inside your home than lost outside.
