Found this Yorkie outside of my apmt, he seemed to be running around the neighborhood and very thirsty. I looked for his owners and scanned for microchip, while he did have one it was not registered. He’s been kept safe at my apmt for the last few days, but as of 06/16/2026 a new foster through Bradshaw will take over taking care of him, until we find his owner or is adopted out if no owner is found.
