This dog is currently in the field off Elk Vale directly next to the Animal Clinic of Rapid City. Husband is inside trying to see if they can do something to help get him. 5/30 5:02pm

4:08pm- he is near west river electric. Very hot but still is okay. Keep sharing- Person who is there is tying to give him water but can’t get him to come near.
