I saw him running on elk vale. Turned around and tried to help him. He was laying in a yard then took off again. Corner or elk vale and Jubilee. Was not injured at the time 11:30am

Saw him when I was turning onto Jolly Lane from Twilight…he crossed over Twilight but ran away from me when I tried to get him to come to me.
