Thank you for saving this dog! PLEASE do not try to rehome it without giving the owner time to find and claim it. File a FOUND pet report with the shelter for the area where found. That is where the owner would look. Any vet can scan it for a chip for free. ER vets are open 24/7 (SAGE, MedVET, VEG). Post on Nextdoor and also put the pawboost flyers in the area where found. Please try to find the owner, especially since this is an older dog. 💜
