I have someone contacting me through Messenger because I shared this post. They swear it is this man's dog and he does not have Facebook so I forwarded them this information so hopefully they can reach out to you because they swear it as his dog. He's going crazy looking for it

Make sure you report it found to NHC animal services as soon as possible. It’s the law. They will direct you in the other steps you must follow as a finder. Usually the first place an owner looks is there. And if you can not hold the proper amount of time you can turn it over to them. They are Wonderful caring people and will care for it and see to it will get shots and be fixed if not already and find a home if owners don’t claim. At least they will make an effort to find owners.

Karen Anne o Karen! I will take them if nobody wants him. I already have a dog, but he’s getting ill with his age. Great dog! But I need something that would help me when he passes. I expect he has about one year left. And then again I’m not sure if I’m ready for the commitment. I don’t know. I just love dogs.
