Whoever posted this does not have the kitten. I have it on good authority she was not chipped and surrendered to a local shelter.

That's a ragdoll. They generally come from a breeder so it should be chipped.

Y'all this is not the 2 yo missing cat, this it literally a kitten and the fur pattern is similar but different. Plus whoever posted this doesn't even have the cat.
