Please try this, It works, I have done TNR and got my cat back after 2 wks doing this: Get humane trap, buy or get from shelter. Place by you home usually by wall, bush etc at Dusk. cover with towel, use Tuna as bait. Catch another cat, release and keep trying. Cats feel safer at night, have small range they go, and can smell Tuna a block away.

Cats are usually found within a four or five house radius. They may be hunkered down, hiding or trapped somewhere. Ask your neighbors. Go outside at dusk or dawn with a flashlight and look for your cat’s eyes reflection. Shake a container of treats to get her attention. Cats may not vocalize so you must search carefully.

Make an online report with lost.petcolove.org which post to the PACC website using facial recognition. Make an online report with the Humane Society. Check on the PACC website under cats that have been found. Go to PACC in person every day to check.
