She is 7 years old, she is neutered. Small. She is black and brown with a small white spot on her chest. She barks alot

Message from Owner

She was last seen with a homeless guy. Coloured male with a beard , longer on the chin. Long hair that looks more like dreadlocks. He is slim build about 1,7m tall. Always have a grey hoody on. He scratches in bins on bin day. He has a trolley or a cart with him. He knows it is our doggie but refused to bring her back. 3 different sightings of him seen with our baby. He walks the train rail from Kraaifontein oeerless park area through Joostenberg vlakte .
