I just work in the area. The owners were driving around and stopped me when I was walking outside my office. He was very skittish when I approached to take a photo. Hopefully he is the one those owners were looking for.

Make an online report with lost.petcolove.org which posts to the PACC website using facial recognition. Make an online report with the Humane Society. Check on the PACC website under jobs that have been lost.

I hope you can corral him and check for a chip at any event for free. Put up flyers in a very large area around where he was found. He might live nearby since he is staying in the area. I hope you find the owner.
