If you have been in Frontier Park, around the Lakes of Prosper entrance off Waterview Drive by the batting cages chances are you’ve seen Doodle. Doodle is a very friendly white cat with orange markings who spends most days greeting neighbors, relaxing in the grass, and making friends with everyone who walks by. He is well known in the area and is not typically shy around strangers. His family and several neighbors noticed yesterday that he has not been in any of his usual spots and has not returned home, which is very unlike him. Because Doodle is so friendly, one concern is that someone may have thought he was lost and taken him home with good intentions. If you have seen Doodle today, have him on a doorbell camera, found him in your garage or shed, or recently brought in a friendly white-and-orange cat, please reach out. Any information could help. Please share and keep an eye out for our neighborhood love muffin. ❤️🐾

Pls try leaving your garage a bit open with his littler box inside . Maybe placed a camera cos usually cats try to come back doing the night. Also posted in nextdoor

Be sure to check at CCAS. Stray hold is only 72 hours (this is new). They don't answer the phone so best to email or go in person.

So sorry kitty is missing. My indoor only cat got out during construction and was missing for a week. Post on Next Door. If chipped, report missing to the chip company and ensure they have up to date contact info for you. File a missing report with the shelter online. I read indoor cats usually only stray 5-10 houses so I went door to door in a radius around my house and asked neighbors if I could search their backyards and under sheds. I also handed them a flyer. I walked around at night calling my cat and shining a flashlight in bushes to try to spot eyes. I cracked my garage slightly and put a lot of dirty laundry i.e. dirty sheets and blankets which helps with a scent trail. A neighbor spotted my cat in the storm drain closest to my house. I never thought to look there. It took 3 days after knowing she was in there until she came out. I do not have Ring, so I bought cheap motion sensor cameras and set them up at both doors that sent motion alerts to my phone.Good tips here: www.catsinthebag.org Paws crossed you are reunited soon.
