saw this little lady roaming in the walkway between the parking lot & the projects in front of 212 Broad St building! super friendly and not skinny so she def has a home, I'm worried since she's severely matted!

Lillian Palumbo she would not let me pick her up and she wouldn't follow me, otherwise idve immediately brought her home and to a vet 😭 there are a few familiar strays in the area, but I dont recognize her and I feel so bad she's matted 😭😭
