This cat comes by my house most nights for food. He was wearing that distinctive collar but it came off. I’m at 4408 Tuckerman Street, University Park, MD 20782. 202-431-2689 Joel

I think I found him....I placed his precious body on a grassy spot in front of the condos on Baltimore and Oglethorpe. I did'nt take a picture of his face....so sorry🙏😢
