PLEASE hold this cat inside while you search for owners. You need to also get a free microchip scan for easy reunification....hopefully it's chipped. The cat could easily have escaped , could have been accidentally let out by a sitter, etc and the owner may not even know. A harness can easily get stuck , the cat unable to remove itself will die.

first of all keep your cat inside. secondly please have this cat scanned for a chip, even if the owner is stupid enough to be taking it out on a leash and goddamned harness they probably want their IG cat back
