Thank you, MJ. I cross posted everywhere I could think of. And have also gone back to update all the posts so that everyone knows where he is and where to find him. He’s a super lovey boy I sure hope he gets reunited with his people.

Pierre Lussier thank you, Pierre! I have several friends with Frenchies so fortunately, I knew to get him out of the heat. It was already starting to get cool outside when I found him. He was definitely overheating, but calmed down after getting out of the sun and some food and water. He is safe now until his owner comes for him. Poor little guy.

Please post to local COS lost pet sites to help lots of local folks be aware... CONSIDER POSTING TO - 719 Lost and Found Pets of Colorado Springs on FB Colorado Springs Lost and Found Pets on FB Colorado Springs Lost Pet Alert on FB El Paso County and Eastern Colorado Lost and Found Pets Colorado Springs Humane Society NextDoor (a free site for neighbors who might have lost this pet). Then SCAN for a lost report at those sites. If someone claims, get proof of ownership - either photos or vet bills/receipts. Fighting groups will pay cute kids and believable "moms" to pick up this pup and she/he will end up torn apart to train fighting dogs.

Please, get him out of the heat. As a stub-nosed breed (has trouble breathing) he can easily die from heat.
