I’m pretty sure I saw him in cove with a lady at Walmart about 11:30. She had him On a leash. He/she was very friendly. Had the same coloring. Lady in her 60’s I’m Guessing. Longer gray hair They have enough cameras outside it should be on their film headed towards garden area.
