Met this cat at night while walking . Friendly but ran away when I tried to get info from its collar.

“Smell metal dangle” Might as well say “dinner bell attached to its neck” because that cat will NOT be able to escape whatever pursues him. Remove whatever dangles, it doesn’t matter what it is, our ears cannot pick frequencies certain metals make. Use slide on tags instead.
