Possibly a stray or someone's outdoor cat. Looks well fed and is friendly. We cannot take the cat in, our dog is not cat friendly.

Yeah he was super friendly. Came right up to my son and I, rolled over, let us pet him. Is he an outside cat or should we try to contain him next time we see him for you?
