The cat came to our hse, he is very friendly. I have two cats of my own inside the hse so was hesitant to let him/ her inside. He is staying outside in our backyard. Please let me know if someone lost this cute kitty cat.

As a cat owner yourself don't you think about scanning the cat for a microchip? You'd want somebody to make sure everything is done If your kitty is lost.

Please secure him/her in a carrier or something he/she can’t escape from. If you can’t grab him try luring him with food. Please do not leave it outside. Post on the Citizen App and take to any shelter, Vet, emergency vet, or police station and have scanned for a microchip The owner might not be on social media. Make sure anyone trying to claim the animal has proof of vet records, photos, and can identify any special markings. Don’t give away too much information about the animal so that the owners can ID him/her. There are a lot of cruel people out there. If owners are found be sure they want the animal so he/she doesn’t wind back up on the streets. Thank you for trying to help. 🐾LA
